The Ripple Effect Experience has delivered over 100 workshops and over 170 hours of coaching to a variety of voluntary; community and Statutory organisations across Hertfordshire.
Workshops and coaching for individual personal development
Workshops aimed at people wanting to get involved in volunteering or back into paid work have been delivered for Volunteer Centre Broxbourne and East Herts; Community Learning Partnership and Ascend.
The central theme of the workshops is to develop an individuals’ confidence so they benefit from the opportunity to gain skills and work experience. It can also enable some people to become more socially active and improve self worth.
This is achieved by using interlinked exercises that build trusting relationships; identifies skills and qualities; helps connect with key strengths and develop a sense of personal pride as well as providing a safe space to learn and try out new skills.
Many of the workshops were supported by short series of 121 coaching sessions for the individual which are driven by the clients needs to support them to get back into work or into a positive mental place that enables them to look for work
