Workshops for Volunteers
The Ripple Effect Experience has recently run a series of three inter-linked workshops for the Volunteer Centre, Broxbourne funded by Hertfordshire County Council.These workshops are aimed at people wanting to get involved in volunteer work:
Working in a team Confidence Building Interview skills
The central theme of the workshops is to develop the individuals’ confidence so they can benefit from the opportunity to gain skills and work experience. It can also enable some people to become more socially active and improve self worth.
This is achieved by using exercises that build trusting relationships, identifies skills and qualities, helps connect with key strengths and develop a sense of personal pride as well as providing a safe space to learn and try out new skills.

Workshops for Staff
The Ripple Effect Experience also delivers a variety of workshops for staff, such as Effective Time Management, recently run on behalf of the CVS Broxbourne and East Herts for staff working in the voluntary sector.
Those currently available are:
Working in a team Managing Stress successfully
Effective Time Management Managing small projects
